My experience with WordStream has been virtually positive Their platform is quite simple to use and their guides documentation are for the most part useful My company has experienced a shift in customer engagement since adapting the platform The app itself can be sluggish at times and this is something I ve already expressed as feedback to the company itself Otherwise the app gives a lot of feedback of its own with its 20 minute work week feature that encourages you to make important changes based on the performance or lack thereof of certain keywords All in all I m happy with WordStream and the help of its employees
