Hi Mr Scott I already contacted youselfs about my purchase to say that 1 glove was bigger than the other but know one has got back to me service not good at all really disappointed

Terrible service will shout to anyone who will listen not to use you

Absolutely no customer service at all Some glitch happened and an additional line appeared in the delivery address which went unnoticed I had ordered on line and input my work address and had faith that the heat resistant gloves would be delivered The address they got delivered to is unknown to my site as its a different street name in a different part of the town that is unknown to all of us I went to the delivery address and the occupier said nothing had been delivered only to be told that you have no responsibility and i should of checked the address If i was on leave and didn t log on for a week how could i check If i entered the correct address and your address finder had a glitch how is that my fault To be treated in such a way is disappointing and a little offensive to say the least

Unhappy with Polyco Welding Gloves Purchase

The Polyco Welding Gloves sent to me were a big disappointment The perimeter material was missing in one place on the thumb revealing the stitching and was missing in another place on one of the fingers More disappointing as they were a gift for use with a wood burning stove

Disappointing customer service

Order hasn t arrived yet despite having received this request for a review The parcel force tracker says its been in Milton Keynes for a week so I e-mailed customer services last week to ask for support and haven t yet received even an acknowledgement - let alone a useful response Not great customer service

Never arrived

I made an order on the 10th June which has still not arrived I have emailed to request an update and had no reply Very disappointed EDIT - Since speaking to the customer services team they have been great and a new pair were sent to be and arrived very quickly

Ejendals Tegera 517 Thermal Waterproof Outdoor Work Gloves wet and soaked through to skin within 2hrs working outside with these gloves utterly useless and should not be advertised as such do not buy As for WorkGloves Uk delivery fine etc but you guys should test your products and just sell stuff that works

I wouldn t call these work gloves Maybe walking the dog gloves I ve been wearing them for three days just a few hours each day and they are wearing and stitching coming undone already
