Started off good

Started off good but as always the hand is a good fit unfortunately getting your hand in is always an issue then the cuff or seam breaks down and tears off Why Make the opening soooo Narrow to a size 11 glove big hand needs big opening

good service poor fit

The gloves came fast but considering they re made for women they are a really bad fit Far too wide advertised as stretch- fit I didn t think they d be so baggy Not so good for dealing with tools and fiddly things in the garden as I d hoped

After reading loads of reviews my daughter and I bought these Perhaps it s just us but the tips of my fingers still get quite cold and sometimes painful They are waterproof as advertised

Delivery not fast

All went well with ordering which was a breeze returning customer However delivery was via Royal Mail Post Office and it took far too long They tracking system told me very little that was useful until the day of delivery Sad to say that they might do well to consider a different delivery system

Some good value quality gloves but not great

Some good value quality gloves some very poor gloves advertised as waterproof which were most definitely not even close to it When I tried to return I had to oay for the return even though their product was faulty and misleadingly advertised Postage which would have been most of the cost of the gloves in the first place An incredibly poor policy they wouldn t budge on A good place to buy gloves but a company that doesn t care about small orders or customer satisfaction

Gauntlets

There was almost too much choice on the website but I found what I was looking for and my order was delivered in good time With only one size available in what I wanted gauntlets for clearing drains etc they are too large and I need to wear a small tighter-fitting woollen glove inside to bulk them out Consequently they are not as touch-sensitive as a properly sized gauntlet or my own bare hands I also find the long sleeves awkward to pull up to their maximum length on my arms They do a reasonable job and they seem robust but whether I continue to use them or revert to my bare hands as I ve done for many years up to now remains to be seen

The bad points outweigh the good

Ordering process was easy and straight forward Delivery was very quick The only problem was that the gloves I ordered at 8 each and were advertised as hard wearing only lasted about 8-10 days before getting holes in them and almost 3 weeks later they are totally ruined Not good quality at all considering they weren t cheap for a pair of gloves

I love work gloves bought from them for years Unfortunately this year the gloves I ordered lasted a day before ripping Quite annoying since they re not cheap They ve always lasted a whole winter
