Awful Customer Service

My watch had broke while I was trying to set the time When I called customer service they told me I could not get a refund but send me a return label so they could do an exchange They told me that in the email with the return label I would need to choose what option I wanted an exchange or money back No such option was available I had sent in my watch back to them Since then I have not heard back from customer service in over a month and no communication has taken place in ensure that I will be getting a new item or money refund The times I tried to call customer service I was usually on hold for over 15 minutes One time I called I waited on hold for over 30 minutes and nobody ever picked up my call Eventually I just had to hang up

I ordered a black Michael kors rhea backpack for my girlfriend dec 2 2019 Its now Dec 11 2019 and they still have not shipped anything Worldofwatches com says they need to do a 3 week investigation my order tracking number says that the label was created but still has not shipped because they never had usps pick it up This company sucks and I will never buy anything from these scammers again I ve emailed them about this and got a bogus response that the mail is taking a long time Don t let them steal your money or waste your time like me If the deal is too good to be true its because this website is a scam Worldofwatches scam

I placed an order on their website on May 8th 2023 and the watch said the shipping would be 3 days I never received the watch so I called them on May 16th 2023 only to be told that the watch wasn t in stock when I ordered and paid for it The watch hadn t been shipped so I informed them that the watch was for my brother s birthday which is on May 16th 2023 I asked if they would over night the watch to me since the mishap was on their end and since no one reached out to me to make me aware that the watch wasn t in I was berated yelled at over talked and told that if I wanted the watch to be shipped over night that I needed to pay a whopping 40 Don t order anything from this company as they are not reputable and they only have 3 people that work in the customer service and they are the worst in the world at giving get service

The service was so bad that the perfume could not be verified

When I accidentally repurchased the same perfume I tried to cancel the order online but they changed the Settings on the website so I couldn t cancel the order right away The next morning I called to cancel the order but they told me they couldn t You can only return the perfume after receiving it I found two problems with the perfume I received 1 I bought two bottles of Tom Ford white suede No cellophane packaging And the bottle has the words Japanese airport sales on the body I m not sure these two bottles of perfume are genuine 2 When I applied for return online they gave me a refund barcode but the return amount of 26 58 should be borne by me There are three other bottles of Armani perfume in my order but 10 days have passed without any delivery news I sent them a message to ask about the specific delivery time but no one replied to me I was particularly disappointed with the site I ve bought perfume here many times before but I won t come here again
