Non existent after sale customer service Ordered two luggages one turned out faulty and although it says that there are 12 months warranty I have already message 3 times via web form and email since the chat is never available The company didn t respond to any of the messages or acknowledged receipt of them after 3 weeks

Wrong items sent and zero customer service to resolve this problem
Ordered 2 easyJet cases from this company but they sent me 2 Ryanair cases which had the incorrect dimensions for my upcoming trip I tried to contact this company via email phone Instagram and TikTok but they did not respond to me I have therefore been left with 2 cases that I cannot use and have had to purchase another suitable case from elsewhere
