The Bean Counters have ruined Magic Jack for me
I have used Magic jack for many years If I had a tech problem I just phoned and help was there That was too good to last Then the bean Counters stepped in and started to save money I just had a problem when someone Tried to call they were told my phone was not registered Phone help gone I tried chat line After a long long wait got chat help He asked a lot of questions and the to check something on MJ itself I said I had to go into another room and to wait for me When I got back the chat had been disconnectedTried chat line again and message said no longer available I would have to email problem with a wait time of about 2 days for a reply With support like that who needs MJ You have to be Tech Savvy to figure it out But that s definitely not me

Magic Jack has by far the worst phone
Magic Jack has by far the worst phone service in the world Their service is so bad that they don t deserve getting one star I wanted to change payment method I tried on line but it wouldn t work so I tried phoning I waited and waited but no reply I advanced in announed wait time but when I got close they added more wait time This went on until I surenderd I would never recommend Magic Jack even to my worst enemy When they want money they can come to me If they cancel me no big deal No shortage of altrenatives

Tthe Source has set a new low for customer service
Sunday November 28 2021 I went ito the Source outlet in Fairview Mall North York TorontoI ordered from them Bell internet Telephone and Television services I was promised a 200 00 Bonus card as an incentive to sign up When I didn t recieveit I called and was told that it takes a couple of months to process it A few months ago I phoned and was told it would take another few months to get it I still didn t recieve it so last week I Called and the sales person wasn t in so I left a message to call me As of Today I still haven t heard back so I called today again Still no callback A lot has happened from November 28 2021 to september 23 2022 As you know inflation day by day has made everything more expensive If and when I get my 200 00 bonus card It will have lost so much ot it s valuet that I will get a lot less for my 200 00

Tauck customer service is a complete turn off
I took out the travel insurance policy with Tauck cruises During the cruise the CPAC that my son has to wear at night broke He was talking to the cruise director who told us that there was no problem that it was covered by our insurance He arranged the purchase on Amazon which I paid for and arranged to pick it up at our next destination I sent in a copy of the reciept and a supporting note on why he needed it It nis now a months and all I got was an email from the insurer saying they were looking into it I tried calling Tauck for an update and got connected once then as I was explaing my problem I was cut off I then tried calling again and was told there was a 2hour wait to be connected I then tried for an email address or a chat line but couldn t find one As far as I m concerned Tauck customer service is so bad that I would travel with them again

Price increased for no reason
Re FIair Airlines I tried to book on line a return flight Ft Lauderdale Florida to Toronto Ontario 8 30 am I filled out the flight plan and their system was down and it could not complete the flight I called and finally spoke to agent who booked my flight He quoted me 181 88I told him the price I just got was 135 73He said their was a price increase At 1 30 pm I tried booking again and the price hadn t changed 135 73

Flair Airlines ripped me off
I wanted a return flight February 2nd 2024 Fort Lauderdale to Toronto and back I tried to book a flight with Flair airlines I got a on line quote of 135 73I tried several times to complete the booking but the system was down I called Flair and explained to the agent the problem He said he would do the booking and that there would be no charge since the system was down He then said the price would be 181 88I told him the price I got was 135 73He said his price was 181 88 take it or leave it I had no choice so I took it The next day to see if there had been a price increase I got another quote and the price was still 135 73Then for the next few days I got reminders to complete my booking at the 135 73 OBVIOUSLY THE AGENT RIPPED ME OFF
