The tax office was unhappy with the prepared return and Wundertax offered me no meaningful follow up support on the filing once they ve generated their letter for you

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY ARE PREDATORS WHO DON T FOLLOW THEIR OWN RULES Please read the screenshots of the conversation with these criminals I tested the format of their system At the end of the transaction it charged me immediately I didn t even submit my taxes for the services but they charged me I was under the impression that I would be charged after the fact but they said Nope we re keeping your money Bye I followed their instructions for the official cancellation and they have refused to recognise this BE WARNED they will try to get money from you any way they can Now they are trying to harass and scare me into paying PATHETIC

Scammed by this company

Warning In the app you have to agree to payment before all the steps of the submission is completed This means that if the last steps fail due to technical errors on Wundertax app they will still charge you eventhough the tax file is never completed or sent This happened to me I sent multiple email to their support asking them to cancel the payment after explaining the situation which was completely ignored Their customer support telefon number leads you directly to a voice message No customer care and a buggy app There are other companies that are way more reliable that does the same thing as wundertax Avoid Edit They claim to have answered my emails however my inbox is empty Word is against word here but it seems they admit to charging me even though i didnt recieve their service Should say enough about the ethics of this company

Waste of money

Still haven t got my tax money back It has been well over 5 months The customer service is rude Wouldn t recommend Emailed the tax authority and did exactly what they told me to say and never heard back Wundertax didn t help at all Honestly feels like a scam Wundertax stated it would not take longer than 4 months in my email Always changing the goal post and it is nearly 6 months now

I find their service very superficial

I find their service very superficial w o any support in case of problems or issues They simply show that you are going to receive a huge amount of money from tax office but the real amount is always much lower Their customer service is an absolute disaster extremely disrespectful and unfriendly They lack responsibility to their customers and they do not provide any support after you made the payment I am very disappointed with their service and will definitely never use it again

Despite a fee of 49 99 euros Wundertax

Despite a fee of 49 99 euros Wundertax do not offer any help whatsoever with getting in touch with the tax office on your behalf even if you struggle to speak no German In essence they are taking a not-too-modest sum simply for sending out the data you have to fill in yourself via the public electronic system ELSA In summary don t waste your money if you re a foreigner doing it for the linguistic ease because you will find yourself very much on your own

After 2 months of waiting tax office

After 2 months of waiting tax office replied to me that my refund is 0 euro I contacted the wundertax support team to get some help with it because there was obviously a mistake But unfortunately they did not want to reply the only thing wundextax wants is to spam your email that they are solid that there is friendly open-minded customer service though it is nothing but a lie

Tried them for the Grundsteuer reform

Tried them for the Grundsteuer reform special Complete mess Errors in German instead of English unclear instructions sample documents differ from mine zero explanation for joint ownership I assume I have to do it twice and pay Wundertax twice too Amazing nothing in the help center no chat at all email and wait for two weeks right Took me 2 hours even with the helper tool No idea what I paid money for Would not use it again
