I ordered Spider-Man 2 PS5 on Thursday 19 10 23 before 2pm on 365games and payed extra for next day delivery It didn t come yesterday and I still haven t even got a dispatch email yet I contacted customer support and no response

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service Evri informed me a parcel was damaged beyond repair and issued me with a certificate of damage and advised me to contact XBite which I have done numerous times since September Not one reply No one has the decency of even acknowledging my plea for assistance Poor does not even come near hoe I would describe customer service

Con artists

Do not buy anything from this company I bought a product which failed to arrive Asked for a refund but instead resent the item Organised a return and refund with them Finally emailed me back saying they had issued a refund Load of rubbish Item was 24 48 refund was 1 99 Still trying to get rest Can t contact via phone That s set up to head anyone off Con artists You have been warned Finally refunded after getting PayPal involved

This company is a shambles

This company is a shambles I m one of the many people who bought items online from its 365games website only for the company to then cancel the order after they mucked up on pricing But getting a refund is painful Nearly 4 weeks later and I m still waiting for my money back They have broken their contract saying refunds will be paid within 7 days They are claiming problems with Paypal but is that because Paypal has frozen Xbite s account They need to be more transparent Anyway - Xbite 365games you are full of excuses Give me the products I ordered or my money back Full stop

Abysmal Will avoid and tell everyone the same

Had to open a PayPal dispute after being told refunds were having an issue to process after cancelling order Got my money back and will avoid from now on and advise others to do the same Shambles of a company

Disgraceful company They will simply not refund orders that they are unable to fulfill The customer services team Katie Carson Milena will constantly fob you off with excuses that they are experiencing problems with PayPal THET ARE NOT experiencing problems I have spoken to PayPal AVOID AT ALL COSTS TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY I can however recommend Rarewaves com HMV if you re looking for a genuine company in which to make similar purchases Please read the other reviews be careful

Terrible experience

Terrible experience Ordered on 365games co uk was charged and received only half my order Received an email stating I would receive a refund for the missing item along with an apology but never did get a refund Emailed a few times over the course of the following month still no refund Was told there is a problem with their provider Raised a ticket with PayPal who thankfully closed the case in my favour WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SHAME THEY ARE ABLE TO HIDE BEHIND THE TITLE OF 365GAMES CO UK WHICH SHOW DIFFERENT REVIEWS FROM XBITE CO UK DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY
