USDT Deposit Declined
I had tried to deposit USDT from one of my crypto wallets on to the platform my crypto was sent successfully but Xlence declined the transaction and now the funds I have sent still haven t appeared in either wallet The online chat system they use is absolutely terrible they reply to the message and when you try open the chat it asks you to create a new one so I ve had no assistance from any customer service with this issue There isn t even an email address to contact which is just outrageous so far I ve lost money and the customer service is very poor I would personally advise against using this platform unless this issue is resolved

In my review I would like to mention some things that traders tend to overlook I really believe that good customer support is vitally important I am quite an experienced trader and I feel very safe when using Xlence It is a new brand with some new innovations so i had a few questions Xlence support has been helping me all the time Every time i have a question they are always there to assist Even as someone with experience that is huge for me I also have no issues with the platform

Xlence offers 4 different trading
Xlence offers 4 different trading accounts and each has different trading conditions I was surprised to see that all of them are quite good and it all depends on personal preference and strategy Personally I went with Xlence deluxe as the spreads were more to my liking I was suspicious at first but so far everything is as advertised I have been trading profitably with no issue I strongly recommend Xlence
