extremely slow delivery

extremely slow delivery date time is passed and i still didnt recived my goods Other than that the quallity of everything is great same as the prices but im sorry - one star for failure to meet delivery deadline

incomplete description

I received the shipment that ok with1 x MRA Speed Universal Windscreen but I didn t get accessories for fixing it on the motorcycle I can t set it up on my SV 650 without it The picture shows the kit so that everything comes together After sending a complaint they told me that I should wait 4 weeks for an answer their support is very poor if there is a problem the items on the page have an incomplete description of what comes with what and what needs to be bought separately I do not recommend it at all I have pictures of the page with the description so if necessary we will go through a lawyer

I ordered a helmet

I ordered a helmet delivered during everything is fine but the visor was damaged asked for a helmet replacement as it was a gift they promised to send a new one but in the end they returned the money Time wasted and mood ruined so sorry

I still haven t received what I bought

I still haven t received what I bought last I was supposed to receive it on the 18th and so far I haven t received it I have already received an automatic message from GLS stating that I would receive it but they did not deliver GLS does not answer the phone and does not respond to my emails I am very dissatisfied because he is missing a lot

Ordered size L got size L jr

Ordered a pair of MTB shorts size L The order confirmation showed L the site showed L the picture was of a grown man wearing size L When I finally got the shipment the size was JR In the product description there was about 20 lines no where was it mentioned that these shorts are for kids XL Moto does not seem legitimate as I got an email where they showed a pair of trousers but the text said phone holder or a picture of a wrench that was a watertight backpack Now I have to pay to return the product I suggest that you from another dealer

Very slow awful delivery

Very slow delivery do not partner with HP croatian post I am also not very happy with product quality

I ordered on 29 Oct 2024 and my order was supposed to arrive about 11 - 13 Nov 2024 It s 2 Dec 2024 and I still didn t receive anything

Inaccurate product description

I bought the BELL Bullitt Carbon Solid Helmet Matte Black on the 23rd of November In the photos the item is presented with the bubble visor installed and that An extra silver iridium visor is included with this helmet However when I received my order on the 7th of December the installed visor was flat- not bubble and the extra visor is not silver iridium but dark smoke It has been more than 10 days and the customer services haven t replied about this matter

The best prices if you collect your order

The best prices if you collect your goods I ordered on January 6th and still they have not arrived until today February 5th The worst thing is that i cannot track my order because its sent via DHL parcel which deliver via the local postal office

You should really improve pictures of products

You should really improve pictures of your products Bought USB charger with clock and voltage info from Booster only to discover it doesn t have a connector compatible with my bike and now I need to DIY to make it work just because you couldn t be bothered to put a picture of a whole product connector included Thx for nothing
