Good afternoon I was extremely satisfied with the website experience and the customer service team However I noticed that my order didn t left the warehouse for 6 days and I believe that is way too long to prepare an order Most companies prepare their orders in time and have next day shipping I wouldn t mind paying more if there was an option with express delivery For example every time I ordered from fc moto and motocard my order was at my door in 3-5 working days I ordered two times from your shop before The first time I didn t received my order at all and you sent me another one I ended up waiting 2 whole months The second time I ordered is the one I am writing about now which was placed in 16 12 22 Today 13 01 23 I still didn t receive anything from you and I am really disappointed and annoyed as I was expecting my product at least 09 01 23 which was the last day promised in the website The only reason I am not rating 1 star and I am rating 2 is because as I said in the beginning I had good experience with the customer service and the website

Slow to pack and despatch my order and they used a really slow postage service y parcel has been stuck on Poland for 15 days and the delivery deadline has now passed Really disappointed

They refused to issue an invoice with my fiscal code which makes the invoice useless Also despite the fact it was a payment frim another country from European Union they refused to issue the invoice with zero VAT reverse taxing The shipment was fast but next time I am not going to buy anything from them

The delivery was very fast But the motorcycle stand is not very good The hole for the pins was too narrow i could not use it at all I have to get some kind of power tool to widen the hole The other issue with the working stand was that it bended dangerously when lifting the motorcycle It doesn t feel safe

The company itself is good and customer service was willing to help with my missing parcel Delivery was late by almost two weeks due to terribly bad service from the DHL

For the windshield i ordered they put compability with tracer when there is none Not with the older model nor the newer one Conpletely false information for the buyer

Products are good and low prices but no customer service no reply to faulty orders even after having 3 bad orders sent to me and reached out to customer support 2 weeks ago still no reply

Almost got my entire order got my money for the spark plugs which where unavailable and a discount code of 15 on my next order for the inconvenience which I was not able to use even after a long session of emails Thanks
