Delivery is taking too long It s been 23 days by now and I still haven t received my order From what I know frommy other orders your products are good but maybe you should consider a solution to the delivery problem

Ordered a jacket under armor a two smaller items on the 5th of December with an expected delivery date between 15-19 of December which had a few extra days to make sure Christmas gifts would arrive on time It was only shipped out on the 14th and it arrived at my place on the 2nd of Jan Not happy with serviceProducts are all great and have no complaint tgere

For this type of jeans W36 is a little on small size on front rise than I m used to perhaps 1 or 2 cm should have been better there are no L38 sizes so perhaps this can be a factor since L36 is to short for me I m 1 97 and 97kg I wish we had the option for longer sizes as well overall the fit is tight and the knee protections appears to be to bulky for this tapered version something more thin would have been more suitable I would have preferred to have more flexible material and larger pockets which are on the smaller size Otherwise the build quality appears to be good for their discounted price and if they adjust the sizing pockets and stretchiness for sure would have been very good product

There s practically no way to contact them regarding a shipped product if it hasn t arrived They work with MRW transport services in my country that are one of the most incompetent companies I know They have a option to deliver the product to a pickup point saying that they will contact you with the information on where and when it s time to pickup the package but they don t make any sort of contact and the package stays at a main hub not a pickup point forcing you to do many km The products are ok

Product is good but the shipping Seller take money to ship product to my hause but i get it in post office I waited my profuct 8 additional days from original shipping date and spend a lot of time when searching where is my parcel

Item I received was faulty and it did not fit Informed customer support asking for advise expected refund or new item with suitable screw kit to fit mirrors Customer support sent me new mirrors and informed me after I repeated the problems to refuse delivery since they did not fit Will be refunded but the second shipment was unnecessary for both sides I advise customer support to read carefully customer e-mails It will save time and money

Great costumer service I had an item on the cart the night before ordering it that just be sure it wasn t going to take long to get I sent an email confirming its availability even though it said on the website they had it in stock To my surprise the next day they replied to me confirming they had it in stock but now the item s price has changed and it s more expensive I complained and they were happy to sell it to me by the previous price Everything is going perfect until it took almost 2 months for it to arrive They inform you some items might take up to 1 month of delivery but they fool you by saying they have it in stock because I m pretty sure they don t keep stock of certain items and anytime there is an order from a costumer they order it from the manufacturer having you wait too long when the info on the website makes you think otherwise which is a shame Still great costumer service

I don t like that xlmoto Europe is not flexible My experience has to do with adding 1 more product to my order sent email about it got a negative answer a day after even my order was not ready packed Rest of my experience is fine with well packing fast shipping

Second time I having issues with my order probably my order was lost because they send it 05 04 but until now I didnt got it First time I got wrong boots and even wrong size UPDATEProblem was solved money refunded But not purchasing from them anymore

The received product was defected and i issued a claim 2 weeks ago but still have not received any response on how to proceed the contact from XLmoto in general was nice fast and positive but in terms of claims it takes too long to get feedbackI wanted to use this product a week ago and I still dont know what to do
