Flawed return policy

I had to return an item because it did not match the measurements provided Their policy says that within 14-15 business days I should receive my money back minus the transport fees It has been almost 2 months so way past 30 business days and I ve tried contacting their customer support 3 times Each time I was greeted with the same auto-generated response

Shipment was late more than 20 days upon asking when can I get my order Your replay was that You are waiting arrival of goods which means that You don t update Your webshop just to attract costumers On the website it says that returns are free While filling request for return I got notification that for my country return is not free and I needed to pay additional 25 at post office Return was placed two weeks ago and still no information about refund First and the last time to order from this webshop

I accidentally put double order because

I accidentally put double order because of a bug in the site of xl Moto I ve send immediately email to cancel the one order with id and bank info They never answer until the next day with an auto reply mail with a link of return policy The cost of the double order was 1300 and I must obey to the return policy with the expenses of the courier and the delay of the returning amount This is not a shop but a warehouse with zero after sale communication

I have ordered a pair of boots in black friday i have never received an updated for my boots anbd they managed to lost the parcel they have open a claim with dhl without instnatly sent me a new item and now i wait to see if they have it in stock to re send it i sent e-mail about this issue and they are ignoring me and reply after 2-3 days very poor customer service

unprofessional and unacceptable service

I made my order of 2 helmets on July 27th Helmets were supposed to arrive by 12th of August After multiple emails to customer service I found out that there was delay with one of the helmets I had to force the company to send me the available helmet which arrived a month after my order Finally after more emails to the company the informed me 40 days after my order that the Nolan helmet I ordered was not available because of a stock issue Completely unprofessional service The same helmet still showing as available on the site Wasted my time

Wrong shoe size sent after waiting 2 weeks

Because of an important trip purchased racing boots in advance So disappointed that wrong shoe size sent Box says 45 and shoes inside are 43 How can a company like yours make such a mistake Now I am left with nothing and have to rush to local store Very poor experience Didnt bother to even reply to my message sent Very poor communication

I requested home delivery

I requested home delivery but the dpd courier service withheld the package without any notification Even after a 1-week delay and daily emails I didn t get help from the customer service so I had to take a day off and visit the depot and my package there I did not receive any refund and the delivery did not actually take place

There was one product missing from the package and specifically a lock that cost more than half the order at about one hundred euros Thanks for ripping me xlmoto and if I ever want to donate money to a lost cause I will prefer you again

I paid for an order but for some reason I didn t receive any confirmation email already passed 3 days the customer support said they cannot found my order I sent all details including screenshots of the payment through Visa and now they do not reply I feel scammed
