Excelente produts some issues with tracking system

In the end everything worked well extreme quality produt and authentic as XLMOTO describe in the site But a big issue as a client for me was the tracking sistem and information about it should and must be much more precise That would help to clearify your client about where exactly is the produt on the way stucked or lost as it happen to me Quick responding to emails was a very positive part

Everything was of great quality

Everything was of great quality except the gloves They where very good but not waterproof as advertised Also after 1 week you drop the prices alot and I feel a little cheated But in general the quality and the shipping time was excellent Keep up the good work I will surly recommend your website to all my friends

I am pleased with the experience from xlmoto A wide variety of a quality products in many available sizes Also the quality of their brand Course has impressed me though I have found the sizing of some of their products incorrect definitely check the comments The shipping is quick the return was without any problem Definitely I will be xlmoto customer for the future

HelloI received everything on time The quality is very good Thank you for the fast service But one of the stands I ordered has a small damage - the nut that is attached to the stand for screwing the tightening screw is broken off missing Greetings and success

Slow response to questions

I have ordered several weeks ago helmet No updates for 2 weeks I started sending messages through email and IG one more week pass by without reply After few more messages they finally responded In the end they managed to send the parts and gave partial refund as apology so in the end they seem like legitimate business just slow on responses
