XSplit has continued to be a solid application for all my broadcast needs Love their constant innovation by adding new features all the time

Optimal Performance

I originally used XSplit for dual streaming but had tried some competitors as well I use the free version and am planning on getting the full version The reason I returned was because it has less drops of frames than I experienced with one of the streaming platforms The other worked well until my video card had updates I tried to get help with the other but no one could get it to work like it had Not updating my driver caused other issues and had no choice to accept the update XSplit has the same customizable features as the others and they continue to improve

I give Xsplit 5 stars but I wanted to give it 4 5 there just wasnt an option The thing is while it is an amazing program and it saved me when OBS studio completely stopped working on my PC my main issue is that we pay for this program and should have little to NO issues running it I have had a lot of issues mostly which I have just learned to deal with tried to seek out help but wasn t able to fix them So theres a pretty bad lag between my stream deck and xsplit same for the el gato capture card It uses a LOT of CPU and GPU compared to other softwares There is also a glitch that I have had for over 1 year now where if I put transitions on any of the sources in my scenes it cuts off the SCENE transition Everytime I restart the program it turns off my stinger transition as well Dont get me wrong The program is 100 worth the money I just feel like these are easily fixable issues that should not be there if we re paying for this program The main reason I have yet to apply for partnership with them is because OBS is free and uses way less CPU GPU and if I get it working again I won t use Xsplit until I can upgrade my computer

Moved from OBS Studio to XSplit

Moved from OBS Studio to XSplitI was originally an OBS user but when it started having major problems suddenly with frame drops where it used to run beautifully I tried X-Split out and it ran perfectly - bought a lifetime license and have been using it ever since I have needed to use their support a couple of times for advice and to report an issue which was quickly fixed and have been very impressed with that too In addition to my gaming stream I also do a stream that involves a larger number of webcams and where OBS used to have a lot of problems getting going again X-Split just seems to just work which is a breath of fresh air Only downside is that I needed to switch to NVENC encoding for my gaming streams because the CPU usage for H 264 is significantly higher than OBS had and was causing frame drops and performance issues However this does not seem to have caused any noticeable drop in stream quality and my viewers are certainly very happy with the output Using NVENC cpu and gpu usage are very reasonably on my ageing i7-4790 CPU streaming machine Overall super impressed with X-Split and delighted to continue being a user and recommending it to all

I have been using XSplit Broadcaster to produce weekly live streams for over two years The flexibility vast amount of features and customer service make this the platform of choice It gives you the ability to produce TV like productions with ease on MCPLive TV

Top rate broadcasting software Updated frequently controls are intuitive and did not take long to understand Help is always available which is also a huge bonus Is it perfect No of course not--it still has some improvements to make but i feel strongly that I made the right choice to go with xsplit for my stream

Xsplit - an easy to use video streamer

Several years ago I thought it would be fun to do my current favorite hobby on youtube and so I began making videos and uploading them to youtube Well each one was at least hour and a half long I did not have the best connection to the internet so it took several hours just to upload I had heard about others who were live streaming their stuff to youtube I thought about trying that but I had no clue of where to even begin to do a live stream I tried a couple of applications that claimed to be easy to use but they were not easy for me and I gave up trying to do that One day I was playing around on the internet and I saw an avert from a company which claimed to offer an application that would have me streaming my videos in just a few mins I thought to myself yeah sure but they had that one word in the advert which I could not resist FREEEE This was a long time ago So I downloaded the product and sat down prepared to spend a few hours trying to do this again This application had me answer a few questions and in just a few minutes I was online This application of Xsplit and I think at the time they were just starting out I have been using xsplit for many years now and it keeps getting better and better as the xsplit devs keep making improvements to it When they began selling licenses for it I bought a lifetime license and it and I am so glad that I did I am not the best one to make this review since I only use xsplit to stream my videos up to youtube I am sure it is capable of doing much more than I ask it to do

I have never encountered a technology company with tech support as excellent as that provided by XSplit
