Omo I funded my yagapay since morning and the money hasn t showed on the app since morning And I have been calling their customer care They ain t picking or returning my calls

Not bad but I think the UI user interface needs a good and smoother look There s no way to refresh the page to check if changes has been made to your balance unless you exit and reopen the app which to me sucks

There are Alot of website out there I want the best for this company by reducing their prices The daily message they do send to their users about data prices are not corresponding to the actual price when you login to the website Moreover I love this company because they are swift for funding and completing transactions including no record of undeceived data by customers

They really need to do something because their service is really bad customer service is zero I feel like they are not ready for this company They really need close down the company and learn how to really run a company

Not crediting of done transfers into the app

Am very annoyed about the app want to purchase data after crediting money into the app went back to the app waiting for the count down a message disrupted it and after the money was not credited to the account till now I have lost 1300 to this app and am just a student please I need my refunds
