it is now a week later without a reply while keeping up a great show on this site i see you dont honestly care about your customers so these reviews will stay as documentations for others and will make sure to post on other review sites as well

Thought i Bought an excellent cat tree from Amazon i have messaged regarding replacements due to cat tree post replacement as well as tunnel replacement but no response from YaheeTECH DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE YAHEETECH Now written that they have contacted myself which not true and no mention of sending a part I have spoken to amazon customer service to resolve issue

Insulting customer service

Ordered a chair from this company through Amazon it took over 10 days to arrive and the delivery updates were very unclear making me think I was never going to get the chair We needed a chair so just went out to buy one from elsewhere The chair eventually arrived and I ve tried to return it which you have to pay for yourself and the customer service team have said since it is troublesome to return the item how about we give you a 10 refund to hold the item or you can give it to someone as a gift Insulting

yes in regards to your last reply i have sent the relevant information youve asked for many times with no response communication gets lost because you take so long to reply when you could just answer the phone and have it resolved in one phone call instead of playing email tag you say customer satisfaction is your number one priority but i do not believe that when you still havent given an answer of why you list a phone number but never answer and yes my last email has gone unanswered for a week now

First time Bad experience I have purchased a Sofa and did not even have the tracking number and my two payments have already been token I have to contact my credit card company to get my money back I have tried to call the customer service for several time and left a voice mail as requested from them NO respond very bad experience for the first time

Train case

I bought a cosmetology train case and it was damaged on the interior tray system When I asked to get a refund and a return label I was told to just keep it and to accept a 12 00 refund That is around 10 of the cost I am still in the process of trying to communicate a return and refund process but at this time I have nothing good to say about the experience
