Don t trust this company

I gave 2 stars because I like the chair that I did receive However this company is very shady I ordered a set of chairs 2 chairs from them off of Amazon They claimed the chairs shipped on 3 29 21 Estimated delivery was 4 2 21 to 4 5 21 Never was delivered When looking at the tracking from UPS they said label created ready to ship when item arrives So they printed the label but never dropped off the Oder to UPS I contacted them and they claim it takes a while for the tracking to update No it doesn t But they asked I wait a couple days So I did Item arrived on 4 8 21 However only 1 chair was sent Grant it they did send me two tracking numbers But one of them never received the item to ship It was 4 8 and UPS was suppose to get it on 3 29 So I contacted them again asking where my other chair was They said they sent me two numbers and tracking takes some time to update NO IT DOESNT As soon as UPS gets the item they scan it It doesn t take time for this to happen Happens right away when they accept the shipment So they asked for me to wait a couple more days I ended up contacting Amazon to get them involved This company is awful and not trustworthy I just want my order Didn t ask for a refund just want my second chair It s 4 9 and it still hasn t shipped

Go to a shop direct in person

Bought a sofa as spare bed occasional sofa All OK until a year old with very little use Tried contacting through Amazon no response at all Very dissapoinyimg By law item has to be fit for purpose just my little 10 year old nephew sat on it Poor quality

Yaheetech replied to my earlier complaint and asked me to contact them I did this 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt so I wait in hope

Received my cat tree

Received my cat tree but not the directions to assemble it No directions online for that model but all the others did and when I attempted to reach out to get instructions using the email on their website I received the email back in what appears to be Chinese though I am no expert stating that their quota exceed the hard limit in the translation at the bottom of the page I now have pieces of a cat tree that will forever either sit on my floor or in the garbage

Fire Pit debacle

I ordered a fire pit from them When I opened the box I was upset to find the spark guard missing I sent emails to the Company and was told in an automatic message to send it back with a label to run off The return had to be done at my expense 23 and no refund has been given for the postage I asked for a replacement and this was sent to me complete I would not order from this Company again

First there was back and forth emails saying it was a risky shipment then only received 8 of my 9 boxes I ordered can t call anyone to get information about it now waiting for another email about my 9th box I like the product but service stinks

5 for looks 2 for ease of assembly

I d give this table 5 stars for how it looks once assembled but completing the step that requires installing the lift system is VERY difficult

Good on delivery bad to awful on support

Good on delivery received product ordered Bad on customer service When I called to get assistance I got voicemail When some assembly required for purchase I don t think voicemail and never getting back to customer is awful business practice As a business owner entrepreneur this is not how I would do business Many folks will probably run into assembly snags and someone answering the phone to help customers is going to get you better reviews Especially since it is mail order arriving unassembled It seems many businesses miss the customer service and support that could make you great I rated 2 stars because yes I received the product when I ran into a snag no one was there to help EMAILing your support and leaving voicemail without anyone returning my call is poor customer service and support Sorry you had to be rated on low side Oh well learn from your customers and bad reviews especially when running into assembly snag
