Excellent always

I have used yellow fish every year for the last ten years when traveling to Alvor with my family and I cannot rate them highly enough They are always waiting in arrivals regardless of flight delays they always arrive punctually for the pickup at the hotel The drivers are so pleasant and helpful and the price is very competitive On my most recent trip I left my phone in the car in my haste and after a frantic hour searching my case and handbag I contacted yellow fish and they were already driving back to the hotel having found the phone Just phenomenal service Thank you

Great experince with Yellowfish Transfer Nice guy made contact in the Airport of Faro The car was close and we had suitcases and golfbags Pick up at the hotel in very good time and we had at great experince with Yellowfish Transfer Price was absolutely acceptable and we will recommend them in the future

Do not use them They charge twice the price when they see the chance in high season Twice the price of eg Uber

Feel Conned

We landed in Faro on time however as Yellowfish had alerted us that passport control area had massive delays With their clear instruction at top of the voucher in Red Please contact us on 351 919 150 078 as soon as you are about to clear passport control when you have collected all your luggage and belongings I called this number to be told our transfer had departed without us because it was 1 hour after our landing time I was told that I had been telephoned but had not answered However I reviewed no call and had no missed calls I received no incoming call from Yellowfish We were then told that they would try to find a driver and would have to pay again but never heard anything back from Yellowfish We felt abandoned and vulnerable at the airport and took a long time and 100 Euro to get to Alvor at 2am we landed at 9 30pm After using yellowfish previously and recommending to all our friends I am really angry at the way we were treated Why did they make the request not to contact you until after passports knowing there was a big issue with big time delays and then just leave us I sent an email highlighting these issues but had received no response I would now advice to avoid this company
