I lost my job recently and forgot about my auto renewal from yes chef I got charged and as soon as I saw it processing I tried to contact them to get a refund They won t give me a refund since it s been more than 30 days since the original purchase It s unbelievable Don t sign up

Terrible company They will auto-renew your membership without letting you know and they do not make it clear that there is a renewal Poor business Don t waste your money with these scammers

Completely nonresponsive

Completely nonresponsive Gave this as a gift to my husband for 2021 father s day and was surprised to get charged again in 2022 Tried many times but no email response from them Had to resort to disputing the charge with my credit card Time wasted with their bad business practices Be careful

Difficult to contact customer support

I attempted to cancel my renewal on the day that it auto-renewed The customer support Tel line was busy for 3 days I tried on line with no success I finally was able to initiate a chat It took 2 days for a response and they said I chose auto renew thus I would have to wait the entire cycle 1 year Their customer support is terrible Do not get suckered by the auto renew I wasn t aware A company with integrity would cancel and or at least alert you to a pending auto renew

IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF The phone number listed on your facebook page is disconnected I have tried to message through chat on your website I have sent emails to the support address and messages on social media - nothing I have a problem with my account and there is no support I need to speak to a human being

Very limited content

Joined YesChef last year and there has been no new content for months and months I contacted them and the response was essentially sorry covid has us behind on content I enjoyed what little was there to view but in light of the lack of new content I really regret this purchase

Extremely disappointing Loved it at first Great Chefs great footage However no new content in over a year and my subscription was just renewed without warning Paid 180 for a new year with no new content which has been promised forever Thus I just paid 180 for no product whatsoever Borderline Fraud I have contacted the company to recoup my money Stay tuned

Bad Business Practice

This subscription was a gift from my wife She used our credit card and it automatically renewed without any warning no email notification When I disputed the charge with the credit card company I was contacted via email by Kevin from customer service who said if we stopped the dispute they would only charge me for 6 months I ended the dispute and never heard back from Kevin I was duped and played

Not worth the money Renew without a warning

Last year is subscribed because I wanted te see the Francis Mallmann masterclasses Also I wanted to see the upcoming Chris Bianco masterclasses with were coming according to the website A year later no there are no new masterclasses the promised masterclasses where gone for the site and some where not even finished Now they renewed my subscription without a warning whatsoever 257 for another year In which they only advertise Jamie Oliver masterclasses Whom i can watch every day of the year on television or the internet Not worth 257 Very disappointed I do not recommended this site
