Chefs are good Content is very slow to come out Will not renew membership

I have been pleased with most of what has been actually presented to date My favourite has been Dario Cechini s olive oil cake which I have made numerous times now by incorporating Nancy Silverton s adapations they can be found online The main problem is not what has been presented but that most chefs are only promised and nothing has been presented I paid a long time ago and am receiving very little for my money This is a yearly subscription thus I am worried I will be charged again before I actually get what I paid for the first time Moreover there are errors in the printed recipes so I don t trust them as given Another annoying aspect is that you can t print the recipes from the website You basically have to take a screenshot or capture the information in a circuitous manner For the money I m paying I should be able to directly print recipes even though some contain errors or omissions I would not recommend this online cooking service Let me close by saying if you haven t tried the olive oil cake it s a must

I know there is a crisis going on right now but their ads were less than honest when I read it and paid for the course there was no disclaimer stating that the course isn t complete I want to think that this wasn t isn t a money grab because the feedback I ve had seems like an honest response with genuine concern The first two Chefs seem like they have a lot going on but the camera work in several of the shots was less than optimal missing key shots while the chef was demonstrating because of objects in the foreground blocking the work When I signed up for the course I had several weeks at home while recuperating from shoulder surgery and I was looking forward to filling the downtime Imagine my surprise when I finished the offered courses on the first afternoon I signed up for and paid for a different cooking course just to fill my time I believe that YesChef is going to be a course that will be interesting and entertaining but I wish I hadn t bought it as of this date

I m not able to make the site work very well at all Don t know exactly how to log in and go from one chef to another I would like help in making the site work

The content is a lot less than it seems like - before registering One of the courses is basically inexistent at this point and I registered specifically for that course so I paid hundreds of dollars for content that is not relevant

The concept is good but it feels like they have over promised and under delivered I feel the initial price was high for the product actually delivered and had the impression there would be much more content when I signed-up I hope it succeeds in the end but it has been disappointing for me so far

Should be 5 stars because the chefs film style and content are excellent I gave 2 stars because nothing has been updated Coming soon has turned in to coming never Dario told his story but never appeared again We are heading into winter and all the recipes are summer What are we paying for

Disappointing Purchased in good faith to realise that there was only a handful of lessons Slow to update with new content The advertised chefs frequently have not been added within months of advertisement The interface is ok Ultimately your money would be better spent on MasterClass at the moment This site may improve but the vendors could have had the decency to beta test rather than charging unwitting users for the privilege of being their guinea pigs

I m disappointed with this app which definitely does not deliver what was promised It is much too expensive for the number of classes available and not user-friendly to download or print the recipes The few lessons that are available are good and I enjoy the chef profiles The cinematography is lovely But there is just not enough substantive content to make it worth the cost This has not been a worthwhile investment for me

I love the concept Also understand Covid would have caused considerable setbacks but don t think it s developed well enough to be sold to the public yet The content is limited at this stage and the filming was obviously in pre-edit stage I bought a gift pack and the recipient used it once and wasn t too impressed I m wishing the creators well and hope they can make some inroads to developing more content so it becomes a success
