I love to cook but get intimidated pretty easily with timing everything out during prep cooking Yes Chef makes warming up to the kitchen comforting kind of like your hand being held Love the recipes videos Keep up the great work

I really enjoy the way that this site is set up The introductory biography is excellent and makes you understand what each chefs personality and what drives them The classes are wonderful and techniques are explained well This is not a quickie family dinner kind of site It is for the explorer of flavor and joy of learning

YesChef is a unique way to learn cooking from experienced chef s It is casual and authentic content that is easy to follow along with So far I ve learned a lot of new techniques and cuisines that I would never have thought of I m looking forward to the continued content as there are some exciting chef s coming up

I m enjoying the cinematic cooking experience YesChef is so entertaining I watch in the morning while I m getting ready I can t get enough of the great episodes I think this is something anyone that enjoys cooking would like Movies and cooking is a fun time with a good glass or few of your favorite libations

This is how a company should conduct itself

There was a glitch in my cancellation of my account I just didn t have the time to use the product When I contacted customer support not only did they respond quickly but they admitted there was an issue with the billing refunded me and gave me a free year to use or gift as I saw fit The honesty and forthrightness of this company is unmatched Highly recommend

I had an issue with my account login so

I had an issue with my account login so I messaged the help support and they got back to me within a reasonable time had the solution and a backup solution just incase Very prompt professional and helpful Aside from that one time issue that wasn t even their fault this Site has the top tier chef s giving you the most detailed instruction for their amazing recipes I recommend this to anyone who has a passion for food and wants to better their skill

They corrected their mistake and went above and beyond

EDIT 1 11 23They refunded me immediately and gave me a lovely gift It was a mistake and they went above and beyond to make it right and responded with lightening speed I am impressed All is forgiven I unsubscribed last year and was refunded and yet they just went and charged my account again for a subscription How can I be auto-renewed for a subscription that no longer exists and was refunded as such

My wife and I love these videos Beautiful great food they are from very interesting cuisines and delivered by interesting people We ve made several of the dishes and they work out great Especially loved Francis Mallmann Ezra K and Edward Lee Lee s Shrimp and Grits is not a family favorite
