I ordered 2 DVDs and had go through various hoops yo get the checkout Within the free trial period I logged in to cancel my subscription to the inner circle but guess what I couldn t and couldn t see any active subscription I emailed support and advised that I wanted to cancel and was not authorising any payments to them They cancelled my inner circle subscription but guess what there was still an active subscription which they subsequently charged me for which I m not getting a refund for because I didn t read the email properly I buy alot of stuff online and services but I ve never found a service that s so difficult to cancel where you can t cancel through logging in and self serving Its poor and gives a sketchy feel

OVERCHARGED AND DIDN T RECEIVE MY ORDER

I ordered this after seeing great reviews about the program I accepted a free offer in addition to the basic package offered on my feed and I was charged an additional AUD235 When I complained and asked for the order to be cancelled they refused even though the order had not yet been shipped It is now a month later and I haven t received any DVDs at all I have instructed my bank to take action and I will report them to the relevant authorities Zoe your reputation is being ruined by very bad business practices

If I could give it a ZERO I would First of all I have done yoga before I was going fairly regularly to supplement my 6 days week kickboxing until I injured my shoulder She goes entirely too fast for beginners for people who are out of shape and she doesn t go step-by-step at all She skips things like straighten up or bend and she doesn t talk you through good positioning either Don t waste your money I wish I could get mine back

So first of all I developed a rash around my eyes while taking the capsules I ve been tracking the symptoms and it is definitely from the capsules - so who know what is actually inside them I have no allergies whatsoever on the ingredients that are supposably in Secondly the customer service couldn t care less And btw 60-day money back guarantee is a scam Whatever one star

I went to purchase the burn bundle which was supposed to include dvds and link to them on line During the purchase process I was directed to an additional product that I did not want to purchase and it would NOT let me check out without buying the additional product some monthly membership So- I closed out of the page The site charged my card and I received an email that the dvds are being shipped I do NOT want the membership at all I tried to access the site and using the contact info I emailed about my situation They have my money so I thought I d check out the on line videos and there s no way to get them without paying more money I am not getting a response Buyer beware

If I could do 0 starts I would This company looks like a scam to me I tried to order DVD d but when I opted out of the monthly subscription at checkout the page gave me an error that my transaction was not successful and to contact my credit card provider That night my card was charged the full amount for the purchase I did not complete I have no confirmation of my order no order number and no help Called the customer support number and it goes to a voicemail message telling you to email them I have emailed twice and have had no reply Now I am starting the process of reversing the charge with my credit card company Do not buy from this company Updated - I was finally able to track someone down through their Facebook page and by following up by me through the whole process I did get the order that I had paid for I was advised to exhaust all avenues before doing the cancellation process through the CC company by the CC company This because I really did want the DVD s The DVD s are of decent quality and I am looking forward to trying them The fact that I did get my purchase does not change my score If I had not noticed or followed up every step of the way they would have walked away with my money I do not trust any company that has 4 different addresses and no phone number Glad that this is over
