I would give zero if possible Your rentals were not the owner of the Air BnB I booked I had to contact the owner direct to finalise the booking Your rentals are a middle man re-listing properties on AirBNB and taking a cut If you try and contact them you are connected to a call centre in Asia that does not speak English or it seems any European language Your money and holidays are at risk if you book with Your rentals Avoid them and book direct

Probable Fraud no response from Your rentals

We have booked a house in Spain for end June but the description is very confusing Maximum 8 people but in a house with 5 bedrooms and 18 beds I have been trying to contact Your rentals by email for 5 days but have not had any response until today So I decided to telephone the contact person a man in Spain but he does not exist The telephone number is answered by a lady who speaks only catalan and confirms that she does not know the supposed contact person and does not rent out any houses I have sent 3 emails to Your rentals since 11 am this morning and have not had a single reply I cannot cancel the booking as I will lose the payment already made An incredibly disappointing and frustrating lack of service for a serious problem

WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY

I booked an apartament on Holidus website for about 1000 euro after booking I realized that owner of the apartment put a short text in the lowest part of the desription that this is only a room in this apartment that I rent There is also a text that say that I can not go in or out from apartment between 20 00 and 7 00 which is totally not ok I contacted holidu directly to cancel that booking but didn t get any help and it seems like I lost 1000 euro holidu doesn t want to cancel that booking and not owner of apartment too even through I contacted them directly 10min after I made reservation

Giving false information on bookingsites

A company s true service becomes apparent when something goes wrong I rented a holiday home for the short term They lied to me via the bookingsite about the facilities within the house and therefore i canceled two hours later And now they don t want to pay anything back because these are the rules Their own rules When I write to them that I have been incorrectly informed I receive standard answers My conclusion is that once they have your money they absolutely don t want to pay it back even if they themselves provide false information

Do not use your rentals to host when you cancel future bookings due to not doing short term rentals anymore they will continually charge you cancellations fees unlike VRBO Booking com and Airbnb They re a third party website that is ran by greed

Bare minimum

In my case that service did the bare minimum I was a guest in a filthy place with bedbugs Called and informed the 2nd day after a horrific night their response was very late after 5 days they stepped in and the resolution wasn t explained at all stayed 1 of the 5 nights demanded photos after my checkout not since i was at the property and proceed with no explanation why they will refund only 2 nights that resolution came 5 days after checkout so 10 days after the problem report Hope they will reorganize and be more responsive and fair

When we checked in we were shocked The photos are a fraud Completely dirty cigarettes and ash trays found Urine in the toilet on the toilet seat No equipment not even a plate Everything dirty Crumbs and hairs found in the bed which was unmade Absolutely inhabitable After complaining being on the phone for numerous hours and endless emails sent this company can ensure it was cleaned Disgusting customer service no refund available THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY Be careful

Do not use York car rentals

Do not use York rentals Staff will treat you very poorly and i was forced to take a smaller car than i paid for plus uncharged 10 dollars a day for an extra driver that was never going to drive This was Christmas Day and my hands were tied i had to accept the way i was treated but will never use them again I d give a no star review if it was possible Mark my words i will make sure to leave as many bad reviews i can about this company I reached out to them asking to speak to a manager i got a have a nice day response No phone call the manager at the location wouldn t come out his office to talk to me at the location There were plenty of bigger vehicles on site but was refused any of them
