Lovely modern clean and safe place stayed solo for a week 10-15 minutes walk from town centre and water Near to lots of supermarkets Quick response when required Nice

It was a really nice apartment on a good location This could be a 5 star review if the bed and couch had a better quality But overall i enjoyed the apartment

The location was great and the place was pretty clean and spacious for a group of 3 it could ve easily fit a couple more people Aesthetically the apartment looks really nice and I d say it s very similar to the photos We didn t really use the kitchen but from what we saw it was pretty clean The glass cups however could ve used a bit more scrubbing I d say the biggest downside is the curtains which were broken in one of the rooms and missing in the living room which didn t give us much privacy since the building across from us was pretty close Also we faced a bit of a challenge trying to get the key to the apartment upon arrival The email with the details to the location of the lockbox and the code was never received despite them sending it twice But they were very helpful over the phone and quick to respond so it didn t take much time to figure it out Overall it was a wonderful stay and the location was superb which made the stay that much more special

We stayed at the studio apartment at Dream Suites Aruba for 11 days from April 24 to May 5 2023 The apartment was clean there was a fully equipped kitchen and the appliances were new the bed was comfortable The shower was awesome a nice rain shower and a handheld The room was true to the photos on their website The grounds were beautiful a nice small quiet oasis with a small pool and hot tub We did have a few issues but Seymour the manager was a delight When I had a question or needed something I would text him and he would answer quickly He was personable and professional He took care of any needs we had in a timely manner We had to have the maintenance person there once or twice and he was great I forgot his name but he did his job and took care of the problem we had which was not very significant He was friendly and accommodating I would definitely stay there again and would recommend Dream Suites to anyone looking for a reasonably priced place in Aruba

I recently listed my property as a host with your rentals we were fully booked within weeks of listing the property however I have not received payment for my guests Iv emailed and messaged your rentals however I have been told payment is on the way still waiting Not great is it your rentals Update payment has been received however your rentals I do recommend you ask your customer advisors to be clear on when payment will arrive in our accounts Further update I opened a payoneer account to receive payouts however their charges are high Iv changed to a bank transfer

We wanted to visit the town of Bansko for quite some time since it is a magnet for nomads We were not disappointed Our first impression was initially not very positive since it seems to be an old building but once we entered the room we were astounded It was quite large the bed was comfortable and we were blessed with a great view out the window looking straight at the snow covered mountain It was but a 10-minute walk into town and we would stay there again

A supportive channel managerStaff are patient and respond to queries within 24 hours This is my first experience with a channel manager and the site was easy to use with detailed online help Intergration with 3rd party software e g dynamic pricing tool turnover bnb and faster updates of information to some OTA s would have made this a 5

I had a wonderful stay at this 4 room apartment in the heart of Copenhagen The location is perfect close to harbor restaurants and sightseeings The apartment is spacious clean and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay The host was very friendly and helpful This apartment is a gem and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy spacious and convenient place to stay in Copenhagen The only problem we had was an ongoing repair around the house walls that made us wake up early

We were four girls travelling to Copenhagen for a cultural visit It was a short walk to everything grocery store just a few meters away and a delicious Indian takeaway place across the street from the apartment The apartment was really cozy and rather clean The beds were absolutely great and comfortable We had a great stay and would recommend
