Just had an interesting call from these people offering me numerous tickets for the lotto on Wed Sat for 54 month After listening to his pitch I refused thanked him for the info regarding how they got my details Then I read an interesting article on how they operate what you actually get for your money Be careful out there it s a wild world we live in

FEELS LIKE SCAMMERS

Just had a letter offering 10free lottery tickets only to then for the staff members to try to coerce me into joining a syndicate He was so friendly to start with and then when he realised I wasn t go to give him my bank details he very abruptly terminated the call Definitely feels like I ve avoided being scammed The positive reviews on here all seem a little too similar to feel real BE VERY CAREFUL AVOID AT ALL COSTS

BEWARE They prey on the elderly and vulnerable A while ago my mum received a call from Yourlottoservice offering her free lines on the lotto Being 90 yo and a bit senile she didn t realise she would be required to pay 54 a month subscription This obviously wasn t properly explained by the operator Even when she was asked for her bank account details did she suspect any money would actually be taken let alone the amount After three payments of 54 had left her account she phoned to get the subscription cancelled but despite assurances another payment went out Today I made sure she cancelled the DD so no further payments will be taken For shame on this sham of a company I m appalled by their lack of empathy when dealing with the elderly

Scum of the earth Only left one star because you can t leave zero Yourlotto service are a bunch scammers targetting the elderly with unsolicited mailings promising free numbers but when they get you on the line they proceed to pressure sell you into signing up to monthly direct debits of at least 50 The got my 87 year old dad yesterday He tried 5 times to back out after being upsold but Nathan wasn t going to let go Eventually I had to hang up for him

This company prey on the elderly Somehow they get your personal details and refuse to truthfully tell you how just say you filled in something online which is rubbish then try to get you to spend 54 each month on lottery lines They target older people so beware Reported them to Action Fraud Apparently they are now asking for more details from me to ensure this is genuine well no more details out of me just ask your salesperson who I am not allowed to name as you asked trust pilot to remove his name why who refused to give surname on the 01423 you know the rest he rang us so he should know details Still awaiting him to tell us how he got our details said he would but hey guess what not heard back

SCAM SCAM SCAM Please be very careful when receiving a letter from this company My elderly father received a letter telling him he had won 10 free lines on the national lottery Luckily I knew it was a scam straight away as the letter didn t look right After looking at the reviews on here others haven t been so lucky and have been forced to sign up to a monthly subscription costing 54 or more Seems like they are just praying on the elderly and vulnerable Please be vigilant What kinda people do something like this to older people who are probably struggling with money anyway Totally disgusting scum bags

Lot of Money to outlay with little return Not worth it

After sending an email to cancel the subscription last week I still haven t had a confirmation email to say that it s cancelled I tried calling directly but again had no answer only an automated message saying that they are experiencing technical issues Please answer my email or do I have to go to the bank to cancel the direct debit Kind regards Matt

1 Despite cancelling within the usual 14 day cool off period as a vulnerable person they are going to take me to court They take up to 10 days to respond online so they made sure I waited long enough to think they have an argument with me ANOTHER SCAM FOR VULNERABLE PEOPLE I ve cancelled direct debit but they have no boundaries DO NOT SIGN UP THEY ARE RUTHLESS I will update as things progress 2 Despite stated they tried to contact me they called me to ask where I had cancelled the contract When I told them it was on their website they put the phone down and I ve heard nothing since

Set up account with my 86 year old grandfather with dementia who does not have access to the internet All your service are accessible online and he did not have the capacity to enter into an agreement with your company A total scam and shameful behaviour

The business didn t tell you upon signing up over the phone that you had to take the service out for 3 months before you can cancel it I got told you can cancel anytime this isn t the case your signed up right away for 3 months and when I argued this customer service agent put the phone down on me I m very upset I can t take the service for another 2 months I cant afford facing financial problems They should make it clear upon signing otherwise I wouldn t have signed up for it
