I had a little problem with setting the machine up again after changing batteries they lasted about 18 months and I got a call back with half an hour Problem sorted and excellent service I d actually sorted it myself before they phoned back but was impressed with the service I got

Weather Station not readinf
I had a problem with my weather station YC9466 which was just about a year old I sent my problem to Youshiko and received instructions to fix the problem within 24 hours I did as suggested and all is now working well Very good and recommended

The best product and the best customer service
I have had the Youshiko Professional 7-in-1 Weather station for nearly a year now as a replacement for a much more expensive American system that had failed The Youshiko has been preferable in every respect I had some difficulty recently with one of the sensors emailed customer service and had an immediate reply even though this was on a Sunday afternoon The problem was resolved immediately and all is now working again A great product and a great company

Great service that you hope for but often don t get
I bought my Youshiko YC9387 weather station in January 2022 and after the initial seemingly difficult set up helped by online support we got it working on the day we got it For the next 2 months it worked as specified and we delighted in the data we were getting However after 2 months the anenometer stopped working I emailed customer support who were very responsive and helpful but despite trying a couople of the resets they suggested they asked me to send the whole unit back to them at their cost After about a week they sent me a whole new unit which has worked fine since Great customer service from the start responsive helpful prompt 5

Fabulous customer service
I received my weather station in May and it worked flawlessly until August when the UV sensor started to fail resulting in zero reading for solar which also meant the fan no longer activated I reported the problem to Youshiko who responded immediately with some things to try It seemed to do the trick for a couple of days but then the problem reoccurred On reporting this a second time Youshiko offered a full replacement of the outdoor sensor which I have now received and pleased to say it is working fully again Excellent customer service and very responsive Highly recommend this company

Great Service
I purchased a Youshiko Radio Controlled Wall Clock Official UK Ireland Version Premium Quality Silver Aluminium Case 30cm 12-Inch Diameter clock from Amazon Initially it all went well after a couple of week the clock stopped I contacted customer support who responded very quickly with some suggestion as to resolve the issue Unfortunately none of these worked so they asked me to return the clock for investigation This I did and subsequently received a replacement which is working fine so far I must commend them on their customer service and response time which have been very good and make a nice change compaired to many other suppliers

Great Customer Service
I ordered a new transmitter and somehow managed to put the wrong delivery address on the order I contacted Youshiko and they came back to me very quickly to tell me the address had been changed I took delivery of the transmitter today and it s working well I would highly recommend this company

Exemplary Customer Service
I bought a Youshiko YC9352 weather station on Amazon in October 2021 love it Some 8 months later it developed an odd fault where the time display became corrupt I emailed a query to the address on the rear and received a very prompt reply despite it being a weekend advising me to post it to Romford I did and very soon afterwards received a brand-new replacement in the post I am thrilled with this response It wasn t a lot of money and if I just had to live with it or even replace it it would be no big deal But how refreshing to find a company that actually prides itself on aftersales service A round of applause to you
