Delivery Retours disaster
Unfortunately I must give a bad review The items quality is good but I bought on the online Shop a bikini and a body and the sizes were a lot bigger than what the size guide recommended So I had to send back a culotte and a body from Germany I received a very confusing email from their system that told me to get in touch with the delivery system but I wasn t provided with any specific details The package with the return ticket has been lost for a while and is now waiting in a deposit in Germany since 2 weeks Furthermore I had to order another culotte a smaller size to complete the bikini I had purchased and the second delivery also got some problems and has now finally been sent after 12 days Anyhow I won t be able to use the bikini for my upcoming vacations The customer service is good and answers quite fast but overall the whole process order-delivery-retour is a disaster I hope I ll get the money back from my retour at least And I hope this feedback helps the company improve its delivery system

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE the express delivery is anything but express it took them three days to dispatch my order which is how long it should have taken them to deliver it when paying 12 for the express delivery Impossible to talk to them e-mail only and all my e-mails remain unanswered AWFUL

No service and no express shipping
I am very disappointed in this company I ordered for the first time through express shipping which should take 24-48h to my country as written on the website I paid extra for this service for me to arrive in time I have not received a notification of that the parcel has been shipped yet nor will they replay to my email about my concern It has been 4 days since I placed my order I will not be able to send my parcel back since I m going on Holiday so I m stuck with whatever comes next and my money is already taken from me Please do not order internationally from this website

2 weeks later and no sign of my swimsuit
I ordered a YSE swimsuit from instagram I didn t know the brand but their swimsuits looked cool That was two weeks ago from Paris to London I sent two emails to Customer Service and received no response Yesterday I called them and explained I had not received my purchase and had been sent no tracking information The woman I spoke to wasn t too concerned She offered to call DHL and get back to me later this week I insisted she get back to me the same day It s been 2 weeks I also asked her to email me She did neither By creating an account I ve been able to log in and see the tracking number from DHL and it appears that my purchase hasn t even left France I will be calling YSE today and insisting on a refund pretty appalling service

I ordered some pants from YSE
I ordered some pants from YSE they arrived within the expected time but were too big I tried to return them and the website offers three ways to return standard economic and express For all three options a label is generated but NONE of the labels work for returning at a pickup point I contacted customer service and they gave me another express label that also didn t work In the end I had to independently pay for a DHL roads label which worked but it was not possible to deliver the package once it was in France Can you explain why I can t return pants that don t fit me and get a refund

Very very poor quality
Very very poor quality I ordered recently a body and it arrived with threads and broken parts very disappointed by the quality I contacted the customer service and they didn t offer a commercial discount on the product that they couldn t refund or exchange I am still waiting to be contacted to find a solution after more than 3 weeks I ve ordered the body and constant messages to nudge them to answer me Another disappointment has been with a bra I bought two months ago the underwiring went off now I have a bra with just one underwire because the stitching was poor Both of these products are useless and damaged now and in the shortest time possible I am still waiting for a response from the customer service on the poor quality of their products I don t recommend this brand Really bad experience
