My ZGRILL L6002E I wouldn t trade it for the world

I got my ZGRILL L6002E on there New years sale last year I put it together inside and rolled it onto our deck in the snow I live in New Hope Minnesota I completely love this smoker grill I ve done pork butts and Brisket It is so easy to just set your temp and let it go I did a Brisket last week that was 25 pounds It took like 16 hours but it was sooooo easy with my ZGRILL Again I love it and would recommend it to everyone

A really great grill

Purchased a ZPG-450b first pellet grill I have ever purchased Had an issue right out of the box with temperature control oh and had issues getting ahold of support at first However once I was able to actually get ahold of support my problem was fixed almost immediately Turns out that at the factory the cord for my induction fan and the cord for my auger motor or swapped and therefore not running correctly Simple swapping of the cords and everything was fixed I will say I think it would be a great idea for the company to create some sort of self-support database something that would make it more possible for people to look up issues and resolve them without having to wait for support If there is definitely one area that could be improved for Z grills it would be the availability of knowledge of issues that people have seen before and how to fix it Seemed like the person from support had seen my issue before like it s common for wires to be switched around from the factory

I ordered the 700E back in August

I ordered the 700E back in August It shipped quickly and arrived in good shape The assembly instructions were a breeze We have done spare ribs several times spatchcock chicken chuck roast and even smoked salmon All different methods and the Z Grill made it very smooth Wished I had done this last year

Got my Z Grill a couple of months ago

Got my Z Grill a couple of months ago and absolutely love it Already used it many times and still likely getting the hang of things a bit but the food we get from the Z grill is outstanding and it is an excellent value I am sure we will be using it regularly for a long time

40th Birthday Gift

Got a new smoker from Z-Grills for my 40th awesome unit One of the temp probe ports were bad and I contacted the support team and they got it in the mail stat Grateful for support teams that are courteous and happy to facilitate a repair Not a biggie grill still works great and I can use the other temp port while the new one comes in

Yea both me and son have purchased a Zgrill and would rate it as the best purchase I ve made The grill works great and does everything it is advertised as doing I can finally get the smoke taste that I enjoy for a really good price Also the customer service is really good had a small problem and they made it right in a very timely manner so I didnt lose the use of my grill Keep up the good work and I will and have recommend to fiends and family

Z grills are awesome

Z grills are awesome Their customer support is super quick to respond and very helpful The grill itself is awesome and easy to assemble All for a much better price than a Traeger or other brands
