Got my return and they took it back because I canceled an order from Best buy they charged me three times one for the new purchase and 66 for the old purchase that I canceled they posted it to my account and then took it back

I had been a faithful customer of Zip for months Paid my balance in full as well until 3 weeks ago I ordered 3 items and received only 1 of the 3 I reached out and was told to contact the merchant which was Amazon Buisness account I received no help I was told my order didn t exist After reaching back out to Zip I was told I had no account with them Also in an email they requested my Zip codePhone numberDate of birth And of coarse my name This influenced me that it was fraud I have since stopped all ordering changed my bank account information after I reported them Be aware

Worst Payment App and Highly Frustrating

This app is good when you have low credit but aside from that it s absolutely terrible customer service absolutely unhelpful Even when your payment methods are valid and have money on it they still will decline ruining whatever you were trying to pay for my Airbnb account hit a quota causing it to lock because it kept declining my payment methods and the spending power doesn t make sense you can pay off some thing off for 300 and they ll only give you 22 worth of spending power back This app needs serious improvements

After my order was confirmed then less than an hour it was cancelled by the seller and now 3 days later still waiting on the funds to be deposited back into my account very first time I have used zip but dissatisfied with it

Was excited to use but then I make 84 00 a year and was only approved for little over 100 why am I gonna do with that Just wow and they made it sound like I could damn near buy a new MacBook or something surprised anyone uses this service honestly I m paying off my 100 and never using it again

I paid a purchase in full

I paid a purchase in full Merchant just refunded me for an item So of course the payment had to go through zip to refund me So zip decided to keep half of the refund even though I sent pictures of order being paid in full then had the audacity to tell me I owed them half now mind you if it wasn t paid in full why didn t they charge my debit card on file I paid in full so my refund is mine in the entirety Will not change my review until I receive my whole refund And furthermore never have I received any alerts about not being fully paid only thanks for paying early but zip says they re entitled to half of my refund Idk what kind of games or scam they re running but their math isn t matching If I could give 0stars I would only reason I gave 1is because it wasn t bad in the beginning
