unable to use purchase power due to adjusting payment date

Please improve your system I made 3 purchases and made on time payments and the system shows im not eligible for purchases anymore No idea why if i have been making my payments on time and even before due date

I have yet to hear back from Zip

I don t like that Zip does not allow a person to use their spending power just because they push a payment date back This was very frustrating for me because I did not know this and so I adjusted my payment date for a purchase but attempted to make another purchase with my spending power but Zip would not allow the transaction and said I have to pay my other purchase in full prior to being able to use my spending power I have always paid my payments and so I don t feel this is fair and it is something I would like to see change with Zip Just because I alter a payment plan does not mean I will not pay my payments on time

Higher Spending Limits

Whenever we complete orders the spending limit should increase With AfterPay good order history allows big increases So with ZIP it should be the same with good payment history and every order payoff we should receive higher spending limits

Process is easy enough

Process is easy enough credit limit way too low and they charge an extra 4 on each payment Klarna and Afterpay much better with a much higher limit I ve paid off multiple purchases with zip never late and spending limit still 250 Wouldn t recommend

I have been using Quadpay zip for

I have been using Quadpay zip for almost 3 years now Never missed a payment always paid on time or early They never ever increase your limit ever I used PayPal for the first time and got a higher spending limit than zip Even afterpay they increase my limit and you get rewards for paying on time The company is awesome because you can use it practically anywhere But not giving your customers longtime ones and who use the app frequently a higher spending limit is trash

Really Disappointed

Just been with quadpay or zip for close to 3 years Hardly any late payments or issues and I haven t gotten a spending increase in close to two years I get an email this morning saying my spending power increased and it actually hasn t Tried making a purchase for more than what was available Couldn t Just tired of this Other apps offer way more of a spending increase for me and don t charge 4 per transaction either Really disappointing

I ve been using zip pay for about 1 year and haven t missed a payment and limit has not increased I m not able to use zip in stores like other apps allow so Zionist really not beneficial to me since these are things I m able to do with Afterpay and karmla N

Not impressed

I rarely use Zip because I have way more credit on other apps similar to this one I haven t had a credit limit increase since May 2020 and I have never been late or missed a payment I will more than likely stop using Zip and utilize Afterpay or Klarna instead

I couldn t figure out how to use it in the Walmart app should be a link to automatically help with the set up we just gave up using it at that store Also say use anywhere they accept gpay or apple pay which is not true

When I got this account I was told so

When I got this account I was told so many great things about it plus the person showed me a physical zip card which is great because my phone doesn t have NFC Lately trying to order food online pizza etc it seems to be problematic and won t work also I ve been told I would receive a physical card in July so I m waiting and trying to give it a chance If I receive one then I may change my review we ll see
