I understand you guys have to make

I love the concept but I have some other pay in four apps that don t charge or after so long don t charge the first payment right away I feel after so many successful transactions there should be options to split into more payments or not have an initial payment

Operable but has flaws

I was able to make 2 small purchases with zip but now it s not allowing me to purchase anything and I have a good amount of spending power left and no late payments I contacted customer service and they said it should work within 24-48 hrs 4 days later still not working

Great app want more options

I understand you guys have to make money However the recent price increase makes me unhappy There s so many places you can use to split a purchase Afterpay Klarna and now PayPal and none of them chela the for 4way split The original 4 felt appropriate and I gladly used Zip over the other because I like the interface more However I ll probably move away from this platform because the fees are growing

When doing returns in store

The app and the convenience of it is top-notch however I ve only been able to use it once at Target and it never worked again after that I reloaded it deleted and downloaded it for a second time then a third and fourth and it has not worked as a tap payment again

Could use a higher borrow amount

I love the fact that we can now use a card to pay in any stores I don t like the fact of moving a payment and not being able to use the account due to a payment being moved Otherwise this is by far one of the BEST pay in 4 apps I wish there were levels and rewards like AfterPay has

For the first time using zap I got

When doing returns in store the return does not go back towards the zip purchase Instead the merchant sends funds back to card that was used in original transaction To some it may not seem as an issue But to others the return should be applied directly to the purchase made on the app in which the purchase was made

I like everything except the maximum

For the first time using zap I got approved they charge me for those for payment plan but one of my items at Amazon keeps telling me that Zap haven t paid It s been more than two weeks and I haven t got my item so I had to cancel it If I haven t had a problem using zap I would ve rated 4-5 stars

The app is cool i just don t like the

I like the concept of Zip although I don t feel that zip reviews to change the spending amounts I ve also done the pilot program when I have the zip card and it declines in a lot of places I think that it shouldn t be giving out to everyone until it could be best to use everywhere It s weird when you go to Walmart and swipe your card before the transaction approves it asks for your post office box number so weird I ve had an employee decline my payment because he thought I was manipulating the computer

No automatic spending limit increases

I like everything except the maximum spending amount Especially the time a customer like me has taken with ZIP with no history of late payments I think I m supposed to be given 2000 as a maximum spending I don t like when I want to buy something but doesn t have enough spending amount due to maximum spending limit
