Yo charge a fee that others do not

The app is cool i just don t like the low credit limit they start you off at I feel it should be much more and that is why i don t use the app due to the low credit limit I used it for the first time on Christmas Eve to buy a tv but guess what no money left due to they only give you 300 not enough Boost the limits please so people can actually shop

Good and Okay

I ve been with Zip since it was QuadPay I ve ordered so many times and paid off my orders I think zip and QuadPay are great the only issue I have is that they don t do automatic spending limit increases I still have the same spending limit of just over 300 that I ve had from the very beginning and that doesn t make any sense especially when competitors like after pay have given me a much larger spending limit

Zip is very easy to use and offer ALOT of stores options Unfortunately I wasn t happy about being offered an option to purchase gift cards and when trying to do so I was told I cannot because of credit reports etc This is my first time using Zip and all payments are currently on time Another issue is multiple emails but I have fixed that

Include a calendar that can be exported for due dates

Include in the app a calendar that can be exported into your calendar so I can keep track of my payment due dates

Good but could be better

I like the convenience of using zip at almost any store Though I dislike how long it takes to earn what is a minimal amount of increased spending power The customer service is okay - it seems you have to be extremely repetitive to get a solution to any problem

I don t like that you don t get a increase on your spending power even if you never been late or missed a payment

I don t like that you don t get a increase on your spending amount even if you never missed a payment and always paid on time and each purchases off

First payment has to be made right away and more options and first payment right away and then every two weeks

nice with a caveat

It s definitely nice to be able to break up purchases into 4 parts but you re also charged more so it s a trade off Still nice to have options Would give more stars if I feel like it didn t take advantage of lesser income people
