I m not a techy person so I really like Zonbase because it s very user-friendly and it gives out the best results

UPDATE - First this company has responded to my review by claiming they have no record of emails between their company and mine I have copies of over 20 emails between myself and this company between November and December 2022 Second I have not requested lifetime services I prepaid for advertising services before I was ready for them because I was assured twice there was no expiration date That was not a lifetime ago by the way When I was ready to use them they refused to provide the service AND they refused to refund my money BUYER BEWARE - THEY LIED I am not surprised they are refusing to provide the services I have already paid for and are refusing to refund the prepaid funds because the owner of the company Kevin David Hulse his partner David Shawn Arnett and several of their companies including Zonbase DK Automation and ThatLifeStyleNinja among others have had actions taken against them by the FTC and now they have to pay millions in damages See US District Court case no Case No 1 22-cv-23760 So keep the lousy 249 You clearly need it more than I do Happy Reading ORIGINAL REVIEW I would give this company negative stars if I could They don t deserve one star I prepaid Zonbase Zonkeywords for advertising services which they are now refusing to provide They demand that I prove to them that there was no expiration date on the marketing services Seriously This is despite the fact that I have provided the receipt for my payment and nowhere on the receipt or in any communication was an expiration date listed I was also told pre-purchase that there was no expiration date Yet as the customer they require that I prove something that does not exist When I demanded that they prove an expiration date existed at the time of purchase they refused to respond to my message but clearly have no problem keeping my money as they have also refused to refund the money

I emailed to the address provided on 10 21 22 10 16 a m the following I have been trying to match the Sales Amazon Fees etc from Seller Central to the ZonBase software and I cannot make it match I have been using the method below which is obviously incorrect Can you please provide me a list like below where you are gathering the information in Seller Central so I can match all the numbers up to the ZonBase software Below In Seller Central this is where I am extracting the numbers for profitability Reports Payments Transaction View Select Date Range Update Download Open in ExcelThanksmattI have not heard back I have been invoiced since May and there is no customer number on the invoices The invoices s are consecutive and my last invoice is XXX82EDX-XX7 Trust Piolet will not let me put my email address in the text

No Customer Service

They said my email accidently went to trash and I do know that mistakes happen so that is not an issue Then they said that they would have a customer service rep contact me via email It has been two days and I have not had anyone in ZonBase contact me in anyway what so ever If there is any other information that I can send to help you help me for services paid for please let me know It seems the only way that I can communicate with ZonBase is through Trust Piolet

There is no customer service You cannot talk to a person nor can you e-mail anyone and receive a response back If this is incorrect please post a number to call and or an email address for support and I will be happy to change this review
