Working with Sellerapp has been a great experience I never had good experience with agencies before working with Sellerapp It was tough to manage our campaigns like we were able to generate sales but the ACoS was very high The reason we chose Sellerapp is because of their focus on the Amazon platform and the analytic tools they use to optimize the campaigns We wanted to reach more customers and improve our sales performance It was difficult for us to keep up with the changes in sponsored ad campaigns keyword changes bids amount So we decided to hire a PPC agency to ensure that we reach our target audience in the most effective way They set up multiple campaigns and their initial workflow was very effective Within the first few months we started ranking for more keywords and our traffic grew by 150 The team is meticulous when it comes to campaign management and presented all deliverables on time They took the intiative to recommend strategy changes that would better fit our products We ve made the changes suggested by our customer success manager And we re happy to reap the profits in the end I appreciate their accountability

I started working with SellerApp in June and I am so impressed with their professionalism and results driven approach Nithin and Ashutosh are brilliant and I ve enjoyed working closely with them to enhance our sales on Amazon We usually speak every fortnight but we are regularly in contact via email for any changes updates I like the fact that they are very open and will give me the reason to why things are working aren t working and they are quick to change strategy if they notice campaigns are not working as they hoped Everything is communicated and any change in strategy is discussed in detail on our fortnightly calls To date they have increased my revenue on Amazon and have reduced the PPC spend month on month and therefore increased profits reduced my ACoS which is excellent They are also brilliant with providing me with very visual and detailed reports which show all results each month I started on a 4 month trial but am definitely going to extend our contract I am very happy working with SellerApp and would recommend them to anyone
