Really bad customer service

Ordered a dark blue jeans jacket from them in size Medium but when I received it the size-label was cut of and it was really too small And the color where light blue When I emailed them about it I got a rude answer that they didn t believe me and that they put my email address on a ban list So disappointed since I really looked forward to getting that jacket BEWARE Don t buy from Zorket

This is actually a negative 1 Star They ripped me off and won t send my item Have never responded to emails requesting information Do not order from here it s a scam site I also have a feeling their package delivery app is malware I tried to use it and it was so sketchy I prayed my info was not being dubbed Stay away from Zorket

Warning I wish I had read the reviews of Zorket before ordering a couple of hats on 9 17 using PayPal for which I received confirmation of the order that day So far so good Weeks later I realized I had not heard anything from the company or received my order I contacted them on 10 20 and they responded that day that they would check with the shipping company and get back to me in 1-2 business days 5 business days later I contacted then again and received the following message ZORKET Support From To Fri Oct 27 at 9 34 PMHello Thank you very much for your purchase and your patience We received a response from the shipping company Unfortunately your order has been lost in transit Please don t worry We have already sent a new order to you Your order will arrive soon Please wait We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding Kind Regards Zorket Support5 days after that response I emailed them again and told them I would report the company to the BBB and write a negative review if I didn t receive my order within a few days This was the response 1 day later ZORKET Support From To Fri Nov 3 at 7 40 PMHello Thank you very much for your purchase and patience We apologise for the delay with your order Unfortunately the item you ordered is out of stock in our US warehouse so we had to ship your order from our China warehouse The preparation and delivery time from China is not that fast We are sorry about this Your order will definitely arrive but we cannot tell you when We hope that you will edit or remove your negative feedback after receiving your order Sorry again Kind Regards Zorket SupportThis company is either a scam as other reviewers have suggested or is just providing horrible and misleading customer service I would not order anything from this company given my experience 11 27 2023Postscript I finally received the hats 2 months after I placed the order The hats are 100 polyester look nice but are a bit large did not shrink after washing even with the adjustable band While I appreciate the company s eventual fulfilling the order it would have been much better if they had been proactive in communicating the delivery issues instead of belatedly responding to my inquiries about the status of the order The company would do well to improve its customer service
