My order did not arrive

Edit 3 My replacement order has arrived the transit time was about 6 days so I m satisfied too bad it arrived too late Anyways the product quality looks really nice based on the packaging so Im increasing my rating to 3 5 EDIT 2 Thanks I ve replied Well the ZOX hasn t really offered much of an fast alternative for me I will incerease my rating if the shipment ever arrives EDIT I emailed the address you ve mentioned In the reply to my review and noone has responded to it My order was sent again in the meantime The customer support has totally ignored my multiple questions and request to send it with a courier company instead of standard postal service I was absolutely ignored getting standard copy-paste replies My order will probably be a month late if it ever arrives In the first place 0 10 I defenitely don t recommend doing any business with ZOX they can t even make things right after they mess up My order did not arrive the tracking has stopped updating 15 days ago and the support has stopped replying to my emails My order is a gift that ll likely be late I ordered it in big advance on purpose but I guess that wasn t enough Now I have to look for another last minute present Thanks Zox

I liked the interior messaging

I liked the interior messaging I wasn t prepared for the Zox logo on the outside of the bracelet must have missed it on the photo I thought the stretch factor might be greater

Shipping and processing

So i love the zox brand and all of its offerings However the shipping and processing leaves something on the table nearly every time Long 2-5 days wait times between placing the order and it being processed and shipped and several times meaning more than just one or two I ve had DHL either delay reroute or mis-ship my package in some way It s never major except for one time I was delivered an open package which was replaced by Zox I think they Zox should try to partner with more reliable shipping services and try and process orders a tad quicker and they would be 5 stars all day Edit to Zox reply- My current order was re-routed by DHL or USPS from is location destination to Knoxville TN and has been stuck there without any update to shipping since the 29th of July The shipment that was processed and shipped quickly was the monthly subscription order You should look at the order before that one It s been MIA since the 24th of July Thank you though I will continue to do business with your company

Fix the text messages

I recently sent a message about getting a text message about the availability of a blog strap stating there were plenty left and I had checked an hour prior and they were all gone I had gotten very excited because the strap would have been an amazing gift for my mother and I to both have because it would be been very meaningful towards the both of us fighting incurable cancer for the past year and a half The text messages had gotten me very excited so I logged back on just to see they were sold out I wanted to inform you guys that text messages need to be accurate This was false hope and extremely devastating The person I had gotten didn t even bring up the text messages they did apologize about my mother and I which was nice but that didn t fix the faulse hope that had happened or the fact that I had gotten an incorrect message and that they would look into it or anything

Ok straps

Not any new straps in my pack this month frequently getting more duplicates I miss how the old mystery system seemed better rotated and better chances of actually getting limited straps too

My order was supposed to be delivered approximately 5 30 and was not delivered until today 6 6 Not the usual good service ZOX is known for

Not Practical

I m disappointed that the packages can t be delivered into my mailbox through Canada Post As things stand I have to sit at home for days awaiting its arrival This is the reason I have not purchased many Zox I would have liked to
