Comfortable

Very comfortable and easy to adjust on the fly I will buy again to change a style but I will say the fabric is easily snagged and prone to fraying I will also say I do a fair bit of physical work so this may not be everyone s result but for the price pretty good product

Their products are good but customer service is a little lacking

I gave the 4 stars as their products are great - the bracelets seem like good quality and the people I have gifted them to were all very happy with them and the sentiment behind them I have been wearing mine 24 7 for almost 2 months now and it still looks great and I get lots of comments on it too The 4 stars instead of 5 was for their customer service The first order I sent was a gift for someone else and for months after that I always received e-mails with the name of the gift recipient not my name Not a big deal but annoying and every time I asked them to change this I was assured it was taken care of and it simply wasn t The second order I received contained multiple bracelets several of which were in the wrong size They did send new ones in the correct size but because of the delay it meant I wasn t able to give one as a birthday gift on time Overall I think their stuff is good and they are trying hard but simple things like changing a name should not require multiple e-mails over several weeks to sort out it never was fully resolved

I love my zox honestly

I love my zox honestly I do wish they maybe offered a slightly larger size since I have big wrists and always have to get the large Also perhaps a softy material for the zox label That said I mostly don t notice that it s snug if if wriggles too far up my wrist or the tag feels scratchy I do love them

Today s drop was focused on Bible verses This is great for Christians and those who love Bible verses I tried to focus on design color and meaning I do love the only non religious drop as it is adorable Ordering went well and checked out with ease

Bracelets are nice but a little big

Bracelets are nice love the slogans as well The only thing is that the medium size is too big Even though I measured my wrist and it fell within the range for medium it is still too big The other issue is one of the bracelets I want is not available in small Now I have to wait until it is available in small because I don t want to have two shipments

Edit - I did get my refund Thanks for taking care of this I am going to try to make another order and see how it goes Thanks On 1 16 23 I placed an order and then it got canceled So far I am not refunded my 26 dollars and received no Zox wristbands I really want to like this organization but so far its a fail
