Update You can see their reply where they took care of it Appreciate the help Quality product but returns exchanges and customer service suck I ordered a design pattern in the wrong style my mistake had to pay to return which is fine The pattern I wanted was not available on their site as an apple watchband so I asked for a different pattern The pattern then became available so I ordered it separately They exchanged the first one for that pattern as well I reached out and was given no option to fix this I do not need two of the same watchband

Zox has a great product they give back to the community and their communication is good I do wish their shipping was a little faster I m just in Canada and it s going to take almost three weeks to receive my order

I did not understand the measurements

I did not understand the measurements No where that I could see does your site does it specify the 20mm or 22mm being the clip part that connects to the watch I now have a watch band I cannot use because it is too big I could not find anything about how to return or exchange Otherwise I love the product EDIT Reply and resolution in less than 24 hours Way to go ZOX

Wonderful quality

Wonderful quality colorful easy to order quick shipping and all around great My only suggestion is to somehow indicate on packages if kids I ordered several mediums of adults and kids and couldn t tell which were which

I really love everything about this place EXCEPT the shipping It just takes forever I started paying the 3 or 4 dollars here lately and it s been a tiny bit quicker but sometimes it s still 2 weeks before I get anything Sorry but y all wanted honesty Other than that I love the products

I never forgave the mods for kicking me out of vip group back in 2018 still don t understand it so there s that which gives you guys less than five stars just because of it Your company as a whole I would ve hands down given you five stars because I respect the hell out of you three as brothers and what you are doing as a company means a lot I m astounded by what you ve accomplished in ten years and can t wait to see what you do next I m grateful to be a part of all that I feel like I belong and I love these things you keep creating God bless and happy new year

I love this company and it s mission I have several of their wristbands Unfortunately I seem to have a problem with them stretching out of shape though I know others don t but when I wear one I m wearing it every day I love the key chain holders

I love the bracelets

I love the bracelets however almost every delivery was delayed or lost I recently sent an order but just yesterday received a letter from the post office with a fragment of the delivery envelope with the tracking and nothing else The previous order never arrived and by the time they reordered my replacement bracelets they were out of my size so I had to accept a larger size GREAT WRIST BANDS though I love them
