I personally had no problems with my bill. The amount was a little over $11, which isn’t much, and it clearly matched the balance my insurance didn’t cover. The statement listed two X-rays—one for my hip and one for my knee—and everything was itemized exactly the way I expected. I also received a physical bill in the mail for the same amount, so there wasn’t anything that seemed suspicious or inconsistent.

Because everything matched up perfectly, I went ahead and paid the bill without any issues. That said, I did notice a lot of negative reviews online from people calling the service a scam, which naturally made me second-guess things for a moment. Based on my experience, though, everything seemed legitimate. I’m hoping the process continues to be straightforward, and that my situation reflects how it should normally work.

I subscribed after hearing good experiences from friends, but my own experience hasn’t matched theirs at all. The site just didn’t work for me, so I ended up canceling my subscription.

Scam. You get messages from women but once you pay there is only silence.

These are good, but they could’ve been great with a bit more stuffing in the ears and tails. My Umbreon one would look even better with a more defined, pointier tail, and my girlfriend’s outfit also needed extra stuffing in the ears and tail.

That said, the material is very comfortable, the colors didn’t bleed in the wash, and customer service was helpful when updating me on the tracking. Overall, a decent purchase with a few areas for improvement.
