RUN LIKE A MN DAYCARE CENTER!
Flew on 12/31/25. They advertise free shuttles every 15 mins. There was a line of travelers ahead of me that were waiting before me. I waited 35 mins in the frigid cold. There was no shuttle, ever. I called the number on my reservation. NO ONE ANSWERED. Now I am panicking bc I am seeing at least 20 people in front of me call an UBER. I too call an UBER so I don't miss my flight.
RTN FLIGHT: Waited for at least 40 mins. Their name is not listed on the Red sign were u are supposed to wait. Every other company picked up their travelers. I call, someone answers. The sound quality was so bad and the accent so thick I was sure I was calling Somalia. The CSR rep says to look for a shuttle that says 'South Bay', event though I parked at 'South Garage LAX'. DO NOT USE THEM, SCAMMERS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.
