I paid for the Robux, but ended up receiving nothing. Apparently, the seller’s Roblox account was banned and the transaction was cancelled, so the Robux were never delivered to me.

What makes this especially frustrating is that nobody warned me beforehand that this was a possibility or that I could simply lose my money if something happened to the seller’s account.

I contacted the seller expecting them to either complete the order again or offer some kind of solution. Instead, I was basically told that this happens from time to time, that it’s part of the risk, and that they are not responsible and won’t redo the order.

So from my perspective, I paid for a product, received nothing, and was left to absorb the loss for something completely outside of my control. If this risk exists, it should at the very least be clearly disclosed before taking a customer’s money.

Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend buying here unless you’re comfortable with the possibility of paying and receiving nothing.
