Do not buy from this company!!!
I dont usually write reviews- especially negative ones!!- but I am so disappointed and scared I have just wasted hundreds of $$ and will not get a resolution. We purchased the NS8 hoverboard in June. I emailed customer support in August requesting a call back about an issue I was having. Its now September and I still havent heard anything and the hoverboard is completely unusable. I have just emailed again but thought I would jump on to read some reviews and I am kicking myself as there were reports that the customer services is unresponsive and others have had significant issues with faulty products!! My daughter has had a hoverboard (purchased elsewhere) for a number of years and it hasnt missed a beat. Really hoping to hear back from someone and get this issue rectified so I dont have to take it further!
