disputes went the wrong way
Lost almost every case they handled for me, including ones where I had already collected the proof myself. The responses they filed were generic and came in late. On the plus side nobody was rude to me, the chat people were polite. Still I pulled my account after two months because the hit to my dispute rate was getting hard to explain to my processor.
