Life-changing retreat by the Ganga
I did the 200-hour yoga teacher training at Aananda Yog in Rishikesh and it completely exceeded my expectations. The instructors are deeply knowledgeable and blend traditional yoga with meditation and pranayama in a way that's easy to absorb. Staying right on the banks of the Ganga made every morning practice special. The food was nourishing and the atmosphere was peaceful and supportive. I left feeling transformed and confident to teach. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Reliable handyman for bathroom project
Tibi came out to fit a new bathroom and a water heater for us and did an excellent job. He turned up when he said he would, worked tidily, and left the place clean each day. The finish on the tiling and fittings is really good and he talked us through the work as he went. Reasonable rates and clearly experienced across carpentry and general repairs. We've already asked him back for our boiler and the next project.

I'm usually terrified of the dentist, but Dr. Cichoracki and her staff were so patient and kind that I felt at ease from the moment I walked in. I even got a same-day appointment when a tooth started bothering me and she fixed it there and then. The office is spotless and comfortable and they use the latest technology. My cleaning was the most thorough I've had. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit, which says everything.

The team at Ableworld Nantwich fitted a new stairlift for my father and the whole experience was excellent. The engineer turned up on time, was polite and knowledgeable, and had everything fitted within about two hours. He explained how to use it clearly and made sure my dad was comfortable before leaving. The store staff were also friendly when we popped in for advice beforehand - no pressure at all. We're really pleased with the service.
