One system for all our HR
We moved our HR over to CultureHCM a few months ago and it's simplified everything. Attendance, payroll and leave requests are now all in one place, and the dashboard is genuinely easy to use - our employees picked it up with barely any training. The team helped with the data migration and set-up, and they've been quick to respond whenever we've had questions. The biometric and geo-fencing features have made tracking accurate too. For the price, it offers far more than the bigger platforms we looked at.

I'm in the middle of renovating our kitchen and knocked up a few floor plans on Floor Plan Maker in an afternoon. You just describe the room, dimensions and where you want things, and it produces a clean to-scale layout in seconds. It's free to use, which is rare for this kind of tool, and I could download the plans as images to share with my builder. The 3D view really helped us visualise the space before committing to anything. Much easier than wrestling with complicated design software.

Proper Roman pizza in Notting Hill
Wandered into Arancina on Pembridge Road on a friend's recommendation and it's become a regular spot for me. The pizza alla pala is the real deal - crispy edges, light airy base, and generous toppings. The arancini are brilliant too, especially the beef ragu ones. Staff were warm and welcoming and made us feel like regulars straight away. The whole place has a lovely cosy Italian feel, and I love that their vintage Fiat is parked right in the shop. No need to book, just walk in and enjoy.

Great car for exploring Niue

Lightweight stand, carried it miles
I switched to XOP after lugging a heavy steel treestand for years and the difference is night and day. The stand is genuinely ultralight and packs down small enough that carrying it to my hunting spot is no longer a chore. It sets up fast, feels solid once you're up there, and the climbing sticks pair perfectly with it. Quality of the materials is clearly top notch, nothing cheap about the welds or straps. Incredible Manaslu circuit experience
I joined the 14-day Manaslu Circuit trek with two friends and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Everything was incredibly well organised, from the flights to the teahouse bookings, and our guide was knowledgeable, patient and clearly passionate about the mountains. He kept the pace comfortable, checked on us regularly and made sure we were properly acclimatised before the pass crossing. The views of Manaslu and the traditional villages were breathtaking. Communication with the office before the trip was prompt and nothing felt hidden in the pricing. I would book with them again without hesitation.

Bought our hot tub from Hot Tub Suppliers and the whole experience has been excellent. The team helped us choose the right size for our garden, arranged delivery on a date that suited us, and the installers set everything up and tested it before they left. The tub itself is well built, quiet, and heats up efficiently. What really impressed me is the aftercare, we've had our yearly service with them and their engineer is friendly, punctual and thorough. It's rare to get this level of support after the sale. Cannot recommend them enough.
