Two Bad Experiences in One Month – Very Disappointing Service
My experience with Wingie has been extremely disappointing. This is the second bad experience I have had within just one month.
I booked a flight through Wingie, but later discovered that the PNR had been changed. When I checked with the airline, the updated PNR could not be verified, yet Wingie continued to display the same information without providing clear confirmation that the booking was valid.
As a customer, I expect a booking platform to provide accurate booking details and ensure that the information shared with passengers can be verified directly with the airline. Having to investigate these issues myself creates unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
Combined with my previous experience involving an uncommunicated flight schedule change and a pending refund, this has seriously affected my confidence in Wingie's reliability and customer service.
Two disappointing experiences in one month are more than enough. The lack of reliable information and proper support is unacceptable, and I am no longer comfortable recommending this platform to others.
Based on my experience, I would not choose Wingie again, nor would I recommend it to friends or family. I hope the company takes customer complaints more seriously and improves its booking accuracy, communication, and support services.
