Charged twice and nobody has fixed it
The checkout seemed to hang after I entered my card details so I clicked again and it went through. Turns out I was billed twice for the same order. A refund was supposedly raised on the 12th but it's been over a week and there's still nothing back. Customer service replies are vague and never actually confirm anything.
