My experience with Bond Investigations was deeply disappointing. The company initially appeared professional and eager to take my case, but communication largely stopped after I paid the $1500 upfront fee. Weeks without updates or visible progress stretched into months. When the investigator finally contacted me, he seemed unfamiliar with my case and acknowledged that he had not read the two-page explanation I submitted on the first day. Despite the lack of apparent progress, I was then asked to pay more for additional investigation. I ultimately hired another provider, who completed a thorough investigation. Bond Investigations provided no explanation, apology, or refund. Given the poor communication, lack of demonstrated progress, and unresolved payment concerns, I strongly recommend choosing a different provider. You may get more value from burning your money - it would at least save you months of waiting.
