Yogastart fantastic finally
Yogastart has been a fantastic way for me to finally build a consistent yoga habit. As a complete beginner, I was intimidated by fast-paced studio classes. The 30-day foundational program was perfectshort, manageable sessions that truly focused on the basics of breath and alignment. The app is clean and easy to use.
I'm giving it four stars instead of five because I wish there was a bit more variety in the instructor voices, and the music tracks can get a little repetitive. But overall, its an excellent, no-pressure starting point that I'd absolutely recommend to new yogis.
